Now in over 300 rehabilitation hospitals, we are rapidly expanding across the US and Canada. We work with teams of physical and occupational therapists and support them in bringing a new approach to patient care, benefiting elderly recovering from conditions such as stroke, surgery and falls.

What you will do as a Client Communication Specialist:

Engage with therapy teams on a daily basis through multiple channels (phone, email, live chat) and coordinate with team to follow through on requests in a timely manner
Establish friendly rapport with clients, seeing every touchpoint as an opportunity to promote our brand, build relationships and identify opportunities to enable client success
Resolve technical issues and manage technical resolution processes, knowledge and systems
Provide valuable insights to product team, to help improve the user experience
Create and update support documentation and product training resources
Contribute to client communication projects and initiatives
Learn, develop and maintain knowledge of the Jintronix system and the healthcare industry, including technical, clinical and policy concepts and trends

Skills & qualities and experience

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, including an engaging phone presence
Creative problem solver; you love thinking on your feet and out of the box
Tech savvy and comfortable with learning new technologies
Flexible, self-motivated and driven to make an impact
Strong listener, a tactful and diplomatic communicator who is able to stay composed under pressure
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Passion for our mission and interest in technology, clinical/healthcare field, seniors, rehabilitation and aging
Bachelor’s Degree
1-3 years of client relations, services, support, sales or relevant work experience
Native-level fluency in English, spoken and written
