Customer Service Representative – admin/office

The position is full-time, with an 8 hour shift between 7:00am and 7:00pm – Most positions are 8:00am-5:00pm (availability for time outside of those hours is A PLUS*)

Successful candidates will have prior customer service experience in a high volume call center.

Daily Responsibilities will include:
– Inbound/Outbound Calling
– Administrative and customer account maintenance
– Reviewing Paperwork
– Preform Research as needed

Working hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Qualified Candidates will have the following skills:
-Previous customer service /call center experience REQUIRED*
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
-Ability to work within a team environment
-Hold oneself to high professionalism
