Receptionist – admin/office

Department : Reception

•Working Hours : 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:45 am – 5:15 pm

•Immediate Supervisor : Customer Service Manager

Responsibility:

As the first contact our customers have with our organization, the Receptionist is responsible for handling all incoming calls, and greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner. The incumbent will also maintain effective interaction with individuals across the organization and perform all job related tasks in an effective and efficient manner. The ideal candidate is fluently bilingual who is enthusiastic and organized, and will thrive in a fast paced environment.

Main tasks:

•Responsible for the Reception phone system as a whole and manage incoming phone calls.
•Handle all incoming and outgoing mail
•Distribute all incoming email inquiries to the appropriate individual(s).
•Greet clients and visitors.
◦Assist various departments with administrative tasks
•Carry out all other tasks inherent to the position.

Requirements:
•Relevant experience would be an asset
•Bilingual
•Excellent Interpersonal skills
•Computer literate-knowledge of Microsoft Office
•Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure

Compensation: Depending on experience, annually $ 25,000.00 – $ 27,000.00.
