part time bookeeper – admin/office

Need part time bookeeper and administrative assistant + various tasks

– organize receipts
– match monthly accounting debits/credits with invoices
– reception when in office
– write invoices to customers
– organize expenses for CEO
– some office organizing / cleaning

involves about 20 hours of work per week

Background in bookeeping or accounting preferred
