Office Assistant – admin/office

Job Description –

The Office Assistant position has several responsibilities that require excellent time management skills. As office assistant you will be responsible for maintaining contact with customers by email and phone with the goal letting clients know we are here for them. The position also includes packaging and shipping of small packages. You will also be asked to travel 2 to 3 times per year for industry trade shows. Lastly, the position includes data entry of orders, and other office tasks. You will also be responsible for packaging small items for fulfillment.

Responsibilities –

Typing and processing orders.
Organization of company documents.
Interact with customers on daily basis to assist with their needs.
Follow up on customer requests in a timely fashion.
Packaging of products for fulfillment.

Requirements –

High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Must pass background check and drug test
