Garde Manger Restaurant is looking for a Sous Chef

Garde Manger restaurant in the old port is looking for a Sous Chef to join our team 4 – 5 days per week.

We are a very busy restaurant. Must have at least 5 years experience. Must be clean and well organized. Must be able to work quickly and efficiently. Must be a leader capable of setting an example to younger cooks. Must be a team player.

You will be responsible for supervising the team when the chef is not there as well as doing some ordering.
