Chef – Central Kitchen – food/beverage/hospitality

We are looking for an experienced chef who wants to join the ongoing development of an exciting adventure that has been in motion for over 4 years. We are in the process of centralizing our kitchen operations and launching franchises. We need someone that can help take us there.

You will be responsible for:
– Creation and documentation of new recipes
– Ensuring quality of the food produced
– Streamlining the kitchen operations by introducing new preparation methods that will save time
– Put in place standardization processes
– Managing food cost
– Managing labour cost

All other responsibilities related to running a kitchen also apply (ordering, dealing with suppliers, managing staff, overseeing cleanliness, etc.)
