POSITION INFORMATION

This role is a natural fit for a budding professional that possesses a team oriented attitude, superior attention to detail and organization, and solid communication skills.

The Sales Administrator plays a key role in ensuring Posera Sales, Support and Installation teams are provided with the day-to-day coordination needed to execute the tasks at hand. In this fast-paced role, you will provide superior support dealing with both Posera staff and clients/ resellers as needed.

The ideal candidate is someone skilled in all Microsoft Office Suite products (especially excel and PowerPoint), exceptional customer service skills, meticulous attention to details, and who can manage multiple priorities.

This role will allow you to grow your confidence to take ownership of broad tasks and gain work experience in sales administration.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Specifically, the Sales Administrator will be responsible for:
• Administration of CRM and Lead coordination:
o Enter leads from all sources into CRM
o Dispatch leads to the appropriate sales rep/dealer and follow up regularly
o Update the lead follow-ups in the Sales Team Basecamp weekly
o Activate customer and employee registration requests
o Add relevant documentation to CRM
o Update orders with new Distributor information
o Promote new clients to customers and assign them an ACCPAC number
o Assist Customer Experience Support team as required for client/ dealer information requests
• Provide coordination and support for the Sales team including:
o First point of contact for all incoming calls through the Sales line
o Issue quotes and receive POs from DND
o Attend and generate reporting for Weekly Sales meetings
o Update One Note weekly for use at Management meetings
o Prepare and administer Dealer Applications and Dealer Kits
o Update and maintain the distributor map on google maps
o Update and maintain price lists for Canada, US, International and Master Resellers
o Coordination of the VP Sales schedule as required
• Verifying the Chain Store Guide for information updates regarding multiple location companies
• Any other duties as required

In order to be successful in this role, you must be highly responsive and ensure requests and tasks are prioritized appropriately. You will use independent judgment and initiative to resolve problems and make recommendations, determining when and if additional action is required and supply a recommendation where appropriate.
