Job Description:
• Consistently offer exceptional customer service to applicants
• Handle applicant calls, emails, questions, and concerns
• Take care of applicant account administration as needed
• Log details of all communication with applicants in applicant profile
• Provide technical support via email and telephone for applicants
• Work with Client Services to discuss any client issues/concerns that may arise
• Liase with Operations teams
• Provide ongoing support to Client Services regarding system functionality
• Responsible for tracking defects and bugs to plan for future development
• Give suggestions for future development possibilities and suggestions to improve the product
• Partake in regular training sessions when necessary
• Participate in weekly department meetings
• Other related duties as assigned

Skills / Knowledge:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Fluently bilingual (English/French)
• Self-motivated; work effectively and independently, while also being a team player
• Excellent organization, time-management, administrative and computer skills are essential
• Detail oriented and have the ability to multi task
• Ability to clearly address problems that arise
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service and problem solving skills
• Willingness to go above and beyond to provide superior customer service

Experience:
• Experiencing interacting with clients or candidates preferred.
Education:
Successful completion of relevant post-secondary education; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
