Airbnb & Residential Cleaning Specialist

We have been cleaning in Montreal for over a decade and would love to have you as part of our team. We have 2 positions of 20-35 hours per week available. Hours fluctuate from week to week but we have a steady flow of clients all year long. We mostly need cleaners for our clients with Airbnb Rental Properties. We respect our cleaners and expect the same from our clients… you are good at cleaning at that should be admired.

This position is ongoing and is NOT suitable for somebody looking only for temporary employment.
Shifts between 8h00-18h00 or 10h00-18h00. We are open 7 days a week and will select applications with at least one weekend day availability first. Sunday is the highest demand right now and prospects with Sunday available will be contacted first.
Good communication skills are a key part of this job so please convey this quality in your application!
Smartphone with DATA is mandatory – we send your schedule directly to your phone.

1. AVAILABILITY: 4 days we week preferred minimum.

2. EXPERIENCE: Every company prefers experience, but we are willing to train as well.

3. TECHNOLOGY: Every staff member must have a smartphone with data.

4. LEGALITY: We don’t pay cash. Legal working employees with holiday pay, vacation pay and CNESST protection ONLY.

5. LIFESTYLE: Independent work based on trust and support. We take care of the « dirty » work with clients, payments, scheduling, you take care of the cleaning, the other dirty work.

6. TRAVEL: You will be traveling to work and between jobs every day. We work near metros (and short bus trips) ONLY. We pay for all travel between jobs!
