We are rapidly expanding to rehabilitation hospitals across the US and Canada and are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, for a full-time Marketing & Communications Coordinator in our Montreal office. It’s a terrific opportunity that will allow you to gain experience in several aspects of our operations, and move to a specialized role that plays to your unique strengths, as our company grows.

Who are we looking for?

You’re a tech savvy, talented communicator and creative problem solver who is driven to help our company grow and our customers succeed. You possess an abundance of curiosity about healthcare, technology, marketing and customer experience. You must have a resourceful mindset and a hands-on, can-do attitude. You will wear multiple hats, identify areas for improvements, establish systems, collaborate and manage your own projects.

Here is what you’d be working on:

Engaging with our growing customer on a daily basis through multiple channels (phone, email, live chat) and coordinating with team to follow through on requests and technical resolution process
Developing and managing training resources and other marketing assets
Learning Jintronix and the healthcare industry inside-out, including technical, and clinical and policy concepts
Helping client organizations promote their use of Jintronix in their community and local media
Supporting broader marketing and customer success projects and initiatives (managing social media and online brand presence, tradeshow logistics)

Skills & Qualities

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, including an engaging phone presence
Creative problem solver; you love thinking on your feet
Tech savvy and comfortable with learning new technologies
Flexible, self-motivated and driven to make an impact
Passion for our mission and interest in technology, clinical/healthcare field, seniors, rehabilitation and aging
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree
Entry-level experience level, ideal for recent grads (1+ year of marketing, communications, customer support, or other relevant work experience)

Language

Native fluency in English, spoken and written
