What are we looking for?
As a tech savvy Training Specialist, your mission will be to inspire therapy teams across the US and Canada to embrace virtual rehabilitation as an innovative approach to patient care.
You will be working from our Montreal-based office and travelling across the US to deliver hands-on trainings in our clients’ facilities. It’s a terrific opportunity for you to travel, gain valuable experience in a client facing role and launch your career in a fast-growing medical technology sector. You will also be part of the marketing and customer success team, supporting numerous critical activities to promote Jintronix and ensure its success in our client organizations.
Here is what you’d be responsible for:
Travel to client locations, assemble equipment and perform device testing to ensure that Jintronix quality standards are followed
Deliver an inspiring staff training in person at client locations across the US
Learn, develop and maintain mastery of product, technical, and clinical concepts
Participate at shows and conventions as needed, to demonstrate and promote Jintronix to prospective and current clients
Support marketing and customer success projects and initiatives
Essential Skills & Qualities
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to build rapport at all levels of a healthcare organization
Comfortable presenting to audiences of 20-30 therapists; previous experience in education, training or theater a plus
Competent with computers, and comfortable with learning new technologies
Results-oriented and driven to make an impact through virtual rehabilitation technology
Passion for our mission and interest in clinical/healthcare field, seniors and aging
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred specializations: Clinical or health-related field, physical or occupational therapy, physical activity, exercise, kinesiology, health education
2+ years of relevant work experience – we’re open to different backgrounds – please tell us how your experience relates to this role.
Travel Commitment
Position will require up to 50%-60% overnight travel in the US
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record a must
Language
Fluency (speaking, reading, and writing) in English
