KEYORK IMMIGRATION LAW is a boutique immigration law firm with offices in Toronto and Montreal. We have are looking for a virtual/contract Administrative Assistant for the Montreal satellite office. Please submit your resume.
Description:
• Answering calls
• Managing calendar
• Maintaining online filing system
• Preparing receipts
• Managing social media
Desired Skills and Experience:
• College/CEGEP diploma completed;
• 1-2 years experience;
• Experience working in immigration law firm or legal office an asset;
• Experience in customer service/sales/marketing an asset;
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English and French;
• Working knowledge of another language a plus;
• Excellent time management and organizational skills;
• Detail oriented;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Hours per week: 20 hours
Compensation: $14.50/hour
Start date: February 5, 2018
