We are searching for an experienced Receptionist/Secretary for a full-time, permanent position to start immediately.
Candidates must have the following qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years experience as Receptionist/Secretary in an office environment
• Fluency in both French and English
• Professional, well-groomed
• Superior organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook
• Must enjoy working with numbers.
Duties would include:
• Answering phones, greeting the public
• Data entry
• General office work
