Akiva School is looking for a full time Receptionist / Office Assistant for immediate hire. The receptionist / Office Assistant serves as the « front-line » for all who enter or call the school office, as well as providing administrative support as needed.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Warm and caring with children.
• Excellent planning, organizational and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast paced environment.
• Advanced knowledge of computers and database / spreadsheet / word processing software.
• Fully bilingual spoken and written.
