Private medical office seeking receptionist/assistant
Candidate must possess:
-strong customer service qualities
-excellent communication skills
-trustworthy/adhere to confidentiality

-detail oriented/self organized
Candidate will be responsible for some of the following tasks:
-answering phone calls
-triage of information
-cleanliness of office/instruments
-planning and coordinating of administrative processes
Candidate must have these qualifications:
-fluently bilingual, with another language as an asset
-interest in science
-excellent computer skills
-min one year experience in the field of customer service and communication.

Hours: 35hours(Flexible)
