Quality Assurance Specialist – general labor

ROLE–
The Quality Assurance Specialist will work directly with the Operations Manager and Customer service team, conducting daily apartment inspections, resolving maintenance issues, and managing apartment inventory.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES–
1. Plan and perform daily inspections of apartments
2. Log and resolve any maintenance issues
3. Verify and maintain inventory in each apartment (dishes, glasses, detergents, toiletries, etc.)
4. Pick up items purchased for the apartments from various department stores
REQUIREMENTS–
1. A handyman, someone who can fix small issues that might be encountered in an apartment (loose door handles, clogged sink, scratches on walls, etc.)
2. Must have a car
3. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in a building management/maintenance role
4. Organized and detail-oriented
5. Must be comfortable with lifting and moving items from storage to the apartments
6. Flexible work schedule a plus (weekends, during the day, or at night)
COMPENSATION–
This is a paid position. Compensation will depend on experience, skills, and availability of each candidate.
