Pastry Chef Wanted – food/beverage/hospitality

WOLF in the FOG is currently looking for a passionate and creative pastry chef to work/develop/manage our bread baking and pastry program (including some wholesale). We are looking for someone with a strong facility in old wold techniques, a flare for seasonal preparation, and is able to standardize, organize, and train others whilst maintaining high standards from A-Z.

3-5 years in a management or senior position preferred but not required.
