Part time work for handyman and maintenance person needed for a 16 unit apartment building . Services needed are general improvements such as : plastering, painting, minor plumbing issues, cleaning gutter etc. Maintenance needed: snow removal, lawn maintenance, cleaning interior and exterior. This is a position suitable for someone working from home and enjoys working outdoors and other physical jobs. Also suitable for a retired person who is in good shape to handle snow removal and lawn care. A suitable person should live in the Plateau close to the location to give the best service. Wages shall be negotiated depending on skills of the individual.
