Part time work for maintenance person needed for a 16 unit apartment building. Handyman abilities is a plus .Maintenance needed: snow removal, deicing, lawn maintenance, cleaning interior and exterior, changing light bulbs. Optional services needed are general improvements such as : plastering, painting, minor plumbing issues. , painting, minor , cleaning gutter etc.. This is a long term position suitable for someone working from home and enjoys working outdoors and other physical jobs. Also suitable for a retired person who is in good shape to handle snow removal and lawn care. A suitable person should live in the Plateau close to the location to give the best service. Wages shall be negotiated depending on skills of the individual.
