Small real estate company in business for over 75 years, looking for full-time, reliable person for general cleaning, preparation and repair of apartments to join our maintenance team. Our properties, commercial and residential, are located in the western downtown core. Must have willingness to learn and ability to make minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, plaster, painting, tiling, …). Relevant experience and tools an asset.
