We are looking to hire an administrative assistant to work full-time.
Work role will focus on clerical and administrative support. You will assist colleagues to optimize workflow procedures in the office, and support clients in various capacities.
Responsibilities:
– Answer phone calls and assist clients’ with their account inquiries.
– Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
– Support and facilitate the completion of loan-related documents.
– Contact and monitor clients’ regarding their accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.
Requirements:
– Proficiency both in written and spoken English and French.
– High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Integrity and professionalism.
– Proficiency in MS Office.
– Capable of managing multiple work projects/tasks.
