Under the supervision of the Chief operating officer, the intern will actively participate to the business developments, and maintain the accounting operations.
Requirements and work conditions
Part time (±15 hours per week, flexible schedules) with evening/weekend workshops sometimes
Duration: 3-4 months
Work location: Crémazie station (possibility of remote work)
Written and spoken language: french and/or english
College diploma in administration or similar domain
Experience within a business and in administration (an asset)
The internship can be student based or independant

Main tasks
Assist with bookkeeping
Collaborate in the preparation of financial statements
Assist in the writing of grant applications and other programs
Conduct grant research
Participation in networking and brainstorming events
Secondary tasks
Perform Technology Intelligence
Create and update dashboards
Contact potential partners and develop business relationships
Collaborate on strategic enterprise development initiatives
Any other related administrative duties
The secondary tasks will be articulated according to the interests and objectives of the trainee !
