Job Location

Job Responsibility
• Responsible for the daily cleaning and maintaining the general appearance of the whole residence.
• Managing the laundry on a daily/weekly basis including; washing of clothes, linens & towels, ironing, folding clothing and placing in closets.
• Managing dry cleaning pick-up and delivery.
• Making beds.
• Organizing and managing household inventories.
• Dinner planning, preparation and cooking.
• Trash and Recycling management.
• General errand running, including grocery shopping.
• Occasional childcare (18 months boy and 4 years old girl).
• Occasional driving the children to/from daycare.
• Car maintenance; bring the car for maintenance, car wash, fueling, etc.
• Cleaning and organisation of outdoor areas and furniture.
• Cat care in the absence of the employers.
• Handling general requests as needed.

Job Requirement
• Minimum of three (3) years similar work experience.
• Good English or French communication skills.
• Experience in hands-on household work and knowledge of all areas of property cleaning and organizing.
• Flexibility to work outside of strict job description parameters.
• Flexibility in the working hours, according to the employer’s needs.
• Flexibility to handle last minute changes.
• Must have a sense of initiative.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have good organizational skills and attention to details.
• Have a strong work ethic and communication skill.
• Ability to anticipate the needs of the employer.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Understands that the utmost in confidentiality and discretion is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s licence.
• Must have a current legal working status in Canada.
• Must like children.
• Must like cats.
• Smoke-Free environment.

Job Salary
$40,000 to $60,000 per year + bonus depending on experience

Job Additional Information
• 4 weeks paid vacation.
• Live-out.
• Work days: Monday to Friday.
• Work hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (flexibility required).
• Accessible by public transportation.
• House car available for work duties.
• No company benefit plan provided.
