Hospitality Assistant – admin/office

We are a full-service, short-term property management company. We are committed to helping smart property owners put an end to their hard work by allowing us to do the heavy lifting. From listing setup to hotel-quality clean up, our comprehensive suite of solution-driven services will enable hosts to focus on creating memories with family and friends instead of creating listings, and time-consuming tasks.

We are currently looking for a hospitality/administrative assistant, whose primary task will be to ensure a great stay for the guests, update schedules/calendar, and various administrative tasks.

This job requires someone who doesn’t mind walking around the city on some days and staying seated at the office on others. Keep in mind that your responsibilities may change due to the rapidly changing environment that is a start-up.

Tasks:
* To ensure the guest check-in process goes smoothly.
* To update reservation calendar and the housekeeper’s schedule.
* To manage supplies.
* To perform unit quality control and administrative work.

What We Look For:
* Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Extremely organized and detail oriented
* Enterprising Mindset
* Must be available for rotating weekend shift (in charge of company cell phone should the guests have questions)

Required
* Bachelor degree

Plus
* Previous experience in customer service
* French
* Driver’s License
