Restaurant Focolaio is now hiring a full time and part time positions! If you like a fun, busy, environment this position is for you!
PIZZA CHEF: The pizza chef position is meant for someone with experience stretching dough by hand, cooking pizzas in a wood burning oven and topping pizzas. The candidate should be available for full time and comfortable with working in a fast paced environment.
SALAD MAKER: looking for a full time salad maker/line cook! This is a full or part time position candidate must have the ability to work fast and efficiently. Experience in restaurants is a strong asset. The job entails making salads, preparing ingredients for our pizzas and assisting the pizza chefs.
