Hiring cleaning lady $15 per hour

I am a woman looking for a female cleaning lady/housekeeper to slowly replace my current full-time cleaning lady who will retire soon.
Pay: Starting $15 per hour by cheque.
Hours: 4 days a week (weekdays from Tuesday to Friday) either from 9-4pm
Location: Downtown Residential
Requirements:
***Trust Worthy
***Reliable
***Compatible
***Commitment of at least one year work or more.
***Age 35-45
***Must know how to iron
***Two references from previous employers.
***Must have a work permit to work in Canada.
Please know that I hire only those who can work around my schedule which is Tuesday to Friday from 9-4pm and/or 10-5pm. Ultimately, do not hire students, and I do not hire people for short-term work.
