E-Commerce Order Manager – admin/office

FortNine, one of North America’s fastest growing e-commerce stores in the powersports industry is searching for an Order Manager. This role will focus primarily on overseeing the processing of orders.

One of our top priorities at FortNine is to provide the highest quality of service to our customers. In order to accomplish this goal, we need to process and fulfill orders as quickly and as efficiently as possible all while keeping customers informed of the progress of their order. In this position you will be expected to review orders, place purchases, identify and deal with any order issues, contact customers when necessary as well working closely with the customer service department.

Functions / Major Responsibilities:

  • Review new orders for billing and address problems
  • Contact customers by phone or email regarding any issues and offer solutions
  • Purchase products required to fulfill orders
  • Track incoming orders and spot errors and potential delays
  • Contact vendors when needed regarding purchases
  • Assist with customer returns and refunds
  • Job Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong French skills are a bonus
  • Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Excellent web research skills (webfu)
  • Ability to contribute to a team while also working independently
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask
  • Schedule:

  • Full-time: Monday to Friday: 10 am to 6:30 pm
  • there will also be some half day Sunday shifts throughout the year (combined with half day Friday shifts)
