Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service, welcoming all visitors and residents
A friendly, professional demeanor
Provide prompt and polite security, monitoring premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion
Ensure security of doors, windows, garages and all common areas
Ensure general tidiness of lobby, corridors, main entrance, front of building and common areas.
Ability to enforce building rules& regulations
Monitoring TV cameras and preforming rounds throughout the entire to make the safety of all the residents.
Salary will be discussed during interview
Must be bilingual: French and English .
Qualifications:
Completion of High School or equivalent
3+ years of related experience in a customer service or related role
Doorman experience preferred
