Le Picnic Vélocafé recherche un responsable expérimenté pour son nouveau café. Ouvert depuis le 1er avril 2019, Le Picnic sert du café et un menu limité à La Maison des Cyclistes, un centre de la communauté cycliste montréalaise au bord du parc la Fontaine. Le Picnic a déjà fait ses preuves. maintenant, nous recherchons quelqu’un pour prendre notre bonne nouvelle entreprise et en faire une grande entreprise!

Notre candidat choisi bénéficiera de:
1. Rémunération annuelle concurrentielle
2. Un nouveau café qui fonctionne bien avec un personnel complet et formé et des procédures établies pour les opérations quotidiennes, ainsi que des perspectives financières saines
3. Le candidat a beaucoup d’occasions d’apporter de nouvelles idées pour développer son entreprise.

Le candidat idéal devra:
1. avoir une excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’écrit et à la conversation
2. être un barista expérimenté et avoir de l’expérience en gestion d’un café ou d’une entreprise similaire
3. avoir une attitude entrepreneuriale, un talent pour travailler de manière indépendante et la volonté de développer et d’améliorer les affaires de Le Picnic

Experienced Café Manager Wanted
Le Picnic Vélocafé seeks an experienced manager for their new café. Open since April 1 2019, Le Picnic serves coffee & café fare in La Maison des Cyclistes, a hub for the Montreal cycling community right on the Parc la Fontaine. Le Picnic has already proven itself a success; now we are looking for someone to take our good new business and build it into a great new business!

Our chosen candidate will benefit from:

The ideal candidate will:
1. have an excellent command of French and English, written and conversational
