Delivery/Service Person Wanted

Kafexpress is a well established office coffee service business looking for a delivery and service person. This is a perfect opportunity for a clean-cut person that enjoys being independent and autonomous, likes driving, and is personable. Basic maintenance of coffee machines and some vending machines is the crux of the job. Training is provided. Bonuses for sales while delivering are available.

The ideal candidate will have:
A working knowledge of Montreal streets that will help you get around efficiently.
A good ability to communicate effectively and politely in spoken French and English.
The ability to trouble-shoot basic client problems that will help you fix a client issue on the spot.
The ability to e-mail and video-call with your smart-phone so that you can communicate with the main office regarding delivery reports or troubleshooting requests.
A sense of ease or familiarity with modern technology and not be afraid to press buttons and learn and try new things.
A good level of comfort with using simple tools (screwdrivers, pliers) and an ability to replace some simple parts found to be defective.
A good driving record.
Punctuality.
Reliability.
Consistency.
Fitness to be able to lift 70 pounds without difficulty.
A clean cut appearance as you will be representing us to our upscale clientele.
Good, basic, everyday mathematical abilities.
Must be over 25 years of age.
A clean driver’s abstract.
A great personality.
A willingness to work Monday to Friday.
Specific Skills: Pick-up and deliver various items and products. Collect or make payments for goods. Load and unload goods. Use maps and other trip planning aids. Perform pre-trip inspection of vehicle.
Record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs and any problems
Maintaining the integrity of the brand by ensuring our customers are satisfied with the overall experience.
Maintaining integrity in the invoicing of orders by sending delivery reports.
Ensuring that our clients have an enjoyable customer experience.
Ideally you will live in or near the west island of Montreal.

Compensation: $15/hr

Delivery van and gasoline is provided.
