We are seeking a customer care agent for our very sales oriented office. The job also entails some clerical work.
Primary functions:
1- Dealing with incoming customer service calls
2- Dispatching misdirected incoming sales calls
3- Obtaining accurate status on projects and relaying the information to customers
4- Processing and filing orders and samples
5- Data entry
Required skills/attributes:
1- Flawless spoken English
2- Good telephone manner
3- Patience
4- At ease with Excel, Word & Outlook
5- Ability to keep calm under occasional pressure
