We’re looking for a safe, reliable and personable Chopstick Collection Driver at Montreal microfactory facility:
Your Responsibilities:
– Drive an assigned route to pick up chopsticks from our recycling partners twice a week.
– Maintain a good relationship with our partners by addressing any concerns
– Greet and provide customer service to ensure a fantastic recycling experience
– Load and unload chopsticks carefully and orderly
– Weight all collected bags during pick up and record impact metric data
– Operate the truck in a safe manner at all times, obeying all rules of the road
– Ready collection boxes or bags before your shift starts
– Maintain cleanliness and conduct weekly inspection of the truck
– Assist the Production Team with sorting collected chopsticks into bins
The Ideal Applicant:
– Must have valid QC Drivers Licence
– Has a clean driver’s abstract
– Is communicative, courteous and professional
– Enjoys interacting and engaging with people
– Can work methodically and adapt to new situations
– Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs
