ADMINISTRATIVE / DATA ENTRY CLERK FOR THE SOUTH SHORE
Our client a direct marketing company Located on the South Shore ( La Prairie ) is looking for a Full Time experienced Data Entry Administrative Clerk.
Duties Include:
– Weekly, complete Chargeback requests and manage the business email account
– Weekly, make deposits (This is to be done a minimum of 2-3 times per week.
– Register, verify, copy and file (have GM counter-certify) all invoices and send originals to Comptroller for payments.
– Once a week, fill the NSF spreadsheet.
– Calculate the Refund spreadsheet.
– Keep track of all checks received by taking note of the dates and number of checks received.
– Assist in processing all invoice.
Check and Verify mailing reports for accuracy once a week (and on demand).
– Keep track of the testing of new products with testing grids sent by CCs, confirm the test transactions are on the correct MID.
– Keep track of the CS stats in the comparison report.
– Daily auditing of each campaign for order accuracy; prices, SKUs and keycodes are all correct.
– Monthly – fill in the NSF and the DNM spreadsheets, compile Blacklist.
Answer daily customer service research questions – IE refund checks cashed, unknown keycodes..Track delivery of mailings on mail delivery website.
– At the end of every month, print the stats for the full month for all call centers and file them.
– At the beginning of every month, file away the previous months reports
o Mailing reports (server and paper)
o Deposit records
o Upsell records
– Maintains Office stores and supplies. When needed, place an office supply order with Lyreco or other suppliers.
– When needed, update the Promotion Catalogue Binders with current versions.
o Filing of extra Promotion mailings
– Every day, get the mail, open and distribute when needed.
– Open and re-distribute mail and refunds from Border Mail
– When needed, place UPS pick up request.
– Check UPS at least two times weekly
– Assist with Staff Travel reservations and online orders
– Maintain and update Contacts List
– Archive, organize and maintain files ( both paper and server)
– Scan and save all documents to the Server
– All other assigned and related tasks by supervisors
Requirements:
Experienced with Data entry.
5 years experience in Office Administration and similar position.
Microsoft word and excel
Creation of spreadsheets
Understanding of reading reports.
Experienced in Auditing of spreadsheets, campaigns and reports.
Analytical
Organized
Experienced working with online businesses/direct marketing companies at an administrative capacity.
Accounting experience with the preparation of deposits, Refunds, Credits and invoices.
Work independently with minimum supervision.
