Paid Search Campaign Manager (SEM/PPC)

We’re looking for a Paid Search Campaign Manager (SEM/PPC) who shares our passion for digital marketing and is driven to provide exceptional service and results to clients. We’re Located in a sunny loft, near Atwater market in Montreal, Bloom’s office offers a casual and open work environment.

Reports to: Director of Paid Media
Work Schedule: Full Time, 9:00AM – 5PM (Monday – Friday)
Location: 4020 Saint-Ambroise, Suite 199, Montreal, QC H4C 2C7

Key Responsibilities

Gain an understanding of client’s business and goals so targeted traffic is driven to their site
Create, optimize and grow Paid Media campaigns in Google AdWords, BingAds, Facebook Ads for multiple client accounts in various verticals
Conduct keyword research and create lists of targeted search terms that are relevant to client’s websites and business
Write effective ad copy
Provide bidding strategies based on client’s business goals and targets.
Analyze Paid Media campaign results and adjust advertising strategy to improve/expand campaigns by using market research and campaign data to evaluate testing and performance
Manage client’s search budgets and keep campaigns within these budgets.
Communicate with clients on a regular basis to discuss client’s expectations/goals, provide consulting, and deliver reports
Communicate with team members to share knowledge and help solve problems
Work with Bloom’s Canadian, American and European clients
Train and manage Junior Data Analysts
Continually research and test the latest cutting-edge Paid Search Marketing practices
Ensures that all client deliverables are met and client expectations are exceeded
Participate in company blogs, industry social media activities
Ability to go the extra mile, take initiative and work with little supervision

Knowledge & Skill Requirements

In-depth knowledge of the leading PPC platforms, social media ad platforms and display ad networks
You have a proven track record of paid marketing successes
Minimum of 5+ years of experience running PPC campaigns.
Strong communication and collaboration skills. Enjoy working in a team environment and can effectively communicate PPC strategies and tactics in writing and oral presentations
Has achieved Google Adwords, Google Analytics and other relevant certifications.
Experience with managing campaigns in various verticals and industries (B2B, Software, SaaS, lead gen, ecom, branding, etc.).
General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Web Usability.
Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
Discrete with a high level of professionalism towards sensitive information.
Mandatory: Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
