Goalcast, the world’s largest community of achievers, engaging 13+ million of users daily through life-changing content and viral videos, is now looking for a detail-oriented, compassionate and dedicated community manager.

The community manager will be responsible for scheduling and posting content in accordance with our social calendar while monitoring, listening and responding to our fans in a « social » way. They will encourage users to cultivate a long-lasting relationship with Goalcast, and share insights from the community with internal stakeholders to help inform content creation.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

– Posting daily on social media channels, respecting both the editorial and video calendars
– Increasing engagement across the board by encouraging meaningful conversations
– Engaging with fans, influencers, and partners multiple times a day
– Closely monitoring and sharing insights from the community to guide content creation
– Monitoring trends, hashtags, emerging topics and current events
– Developing and nurturing partnerships with influencers and partners
