Looking for an individual who is well organized, efficient and has excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of French would be beneficial as well. Basic knowledge of working with office etc on the computer and some experience as a personal /admin assistant would be an added bonus. Would be easier if you own a car / live on the South Shore.
The position is to be a personal/admin assistant to the CEO of multiple companies that he owns to help with daily tasks so as to free up more time for himself. The tasks may include anything from grocery shopping to keeping track of his daily appointments to making travel arrangements, responding to business emails on his behalf etc. This is a position for 40 hours over a 7-day week ( i.e may not necessarily be 9 to 5 for five days but rather the 40 hours will be spread out over the course of the 7 day week ( including the weekend when needed) and is not a part-time position. Keeping his day efficient and organized is key.
Salary will be in accordance with experience and immediate start is needed.
