We are currently looking for someone able to answer phones at a busy moving company, provide email estimates and stay organized as well as general upkeep of the office.
Pricing out move cost for Local and Long distance moves,
All work done onsite in Montreal
No travel or off site work,
No evenings or Late nights work,

Experience in Sales work preferred,
Responsibilities and Duties:
Heavy Telephone Work, Repeated Consumer Contact with Telephone and E-mail.
Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience with Moving Sales Preferred.

Special Technical Knowledge:
General understanding of computer systems ability and desire to learn new programs and systems required. Excel, Word and Outlook competence required.
Responsibilities include:
General management of office, including but not limited to opening and closing the office on time each day, renting units, administrative tasks,
Greeting customers professionally, and assessing their storage needs and offering solutions.
Sales of self storage units and related merchandise (boxes, locks, etc.)
Assist the customers in renting units, understanding their lease agreement, fees and insurance. Keep the facility rented at optimum levels by effectively utilizing advertising, promotional and customer relation skills.
Manage customer delinquency through collections calls.
Manage and solve customer service issues.
Light maintenance work such as cleaning floors and doors, lubing roll-up doors, cleaning out abandoned items from storage units, sweeping empty units to ready them for occupancy.
Clean office and restrooms daily.
Scheduling and management of one Part Time Assistant Management
