Case Manager – admin/office

Canadim is an Immigration Law Firm providing temporary and permanent Canadian immigration solutions to clients worldwide. Case Managers are responsible for providing a wide range of services and guidance to clients to achieve his or her individual immigration goals. The general duties and responsibilities for this position include the following:

– Handling a high volume of immigration related matters in a fast-paced environment
– Assisting Immigration Lawyers with preparation of applications
– Maintaining client files
– Liaise with clients and immigration lawyers
– Assisting to prepare forms and letters
– Researching in areas related to immigration
– Offering additional legal services that would be a benefit to the client
– Assisting with general administration

Job Requirements
– 12 months experience in an office setting
– Fluent proficiency in French and English
– knowledge of immigration policy is an asset but not required
