Brasserie Harricana is looking for new staff! High volume, dynamic ambiance, great front of the house/back of the house relationship and stable menu!
*Full time, night shifts
*Competitive salary according to experience, fixed schedule, BH advantages (discount, free meal, etc).
– Execution of bills
– In charge of service station and general service
– Mise en place at beginning and end of service
– Closing kitchen as required (depending on schedule)
– Supervision of kitchen staff and quality of food
*Experience required in a similar position and or diploma
*Experience as a grill-master a big plus!
