Receptionist/Purchasing Coordinator
Department : Operations
Status : Permanent, Full Time
Working Hours : 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:45 am – 5 :15 pm
As the first contact our customers have with our organization, the Receptionist is responsible for handling all incoming calls, and greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner. The incumbent will also maintain effective interaction with individuals across the organization and perform all job related tasks in an effective and efficient manner.
Main Tasks
– Manage incoming phone calls on Yealink phone system.
– Handle all incoming and outgoing mail.
– Distribute all incoming email inquiries to the appropriate individual(s).
– Greet clients and visitors.
– Assist various departments with administrative tasks
– Responsible for the accurate entry, maintenance and submission of purchase orders for products and or supplies.
– Monitor inventory levels.
– Forecast order requirements and maintain records of all activities.
– Tracking the progress of all shipments and address any problems.
– Perform other tasks inherent to the position.
Requirements
– Relevant experience an asset
– Bilingual
– Exceptional Interpersonal skills
– Computer literate
– Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
