STUDIO MANAGER & CLIENT RELATIONSHIP REPRESENTATIVE

We are a busy and growing Pilates studio in NDG seeking a dynamic, highly motivated and hardworking individual with a positive attitude to fill the position of assistant studio manager and client relationship representative.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, efficient, resolution seeker, with superior communication and organization skills. The person in this position will be at the front lines, which means being fully responsible for scheduling and client satisfaction to ensure that the studio runs smoothly on a daily basis.
We are seeking a very responsible, mature person with task management experience capable of juggling many tasks while remaining focused and results-oriented. This person should be able to work independently as well as with our team of instructors and contractors. Strong leadership skills, a sense of accountability and pride in their work are essential qualities.
The assistant studio manager and client representative will work from the studio four mornings per week, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Hours may vary slightly depending on business and seasonal needs. In addition to the in-studio hours, the assistant will be responsible for logging in to check emails, handle scheduling and instructor coordination every evening for 30-60 minutes and on weekends. A Wi-Fi connection and the ability to work from home are essential.

Weekly hours will fluctuate depending on the flow of the studio; however the person can expect to put in approximately 15-20 hours per week, at $18 per hour.

Responsibilities:

– Booking clients, scheduling instructors and classes via our online scheduling software, MindBody

-Tracking new clients by entering their information into our system and following up with them consistently

-Communicating with clients via email, phone and Facebook

-Listening to client needs and problem solving

-Coordinating instructor schedules

-Managing accounts payable, sales and studio invoices

-Providing daily updates on client concerns and schedules to the studio owner

-Assisting in coordination of studio events and upcoming courses

– Managing the studio’s social media accounts

Requirements:

-Fluent in English and ability to communicate in French. 

– Excellent written and spoken communication skills are a must

-Computer and social media savvy and technology friendly

-Experience using MindBody booking software and/or Pilates practice (assets)
