concierge/superintendent – general labor

Job responsibilities:
• General maintenance of the building: mopping front entrance, vacuuming hallways, cleaning hallway windows, light snow removal during winter, lawn mowing
• Cleaning/preparing vacant apartments: painting, executing minor repairs, cleaning to bring units back to market
• Basic administrative tasks: collecting rent, posting company notices, delivering documents and notices to tenants as need be
• Showing/renting apartments: taking phone calls, making appointments for showings, handling deposits and leases
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a concierge or superintendent is a must; only those with experience will be contacted
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry
• A free 4.5 apartment
• An additional salary to be determined
