Small private company in health/financial sector accessing and managing disability benefits for clientele across Canada, seeking an Assistant Administrator to join our growing team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
– Filing of disability applications
– Verifying if prospective client is financially eligible for the program
– Following progress of client applications
– Data entry
– Assisting A/R dept.
– Accurately prepare and maintain accounting documents and client records
– Answer phone and provide information to prospective clients
– Interface with existing clients as required
– Assisting senior staff in any related tasks
REQUIREMENTS
– Bilingual (oral, written)
– Proficient at Excel, Word and Outlook
– 1-2 years related experience, or as part of diploma training
QUALIFICATIONS
– Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
– Team player
– Independent worker
– Some knowledge of general accounting principles
– Ability to multi-task
– Aptitude for numbers
– Good analytical and problem-solving skills
