Reservations Agent – food/beverage/hospitality

– First point of contact for all guests via phone, email and chat during work hours (10h-18h Mon-Fri)
– Manage all guest communications beginning to end, from pre booking requests to check ins and checkouts.
– Coordinate with maintenance, field staff and cleaners to resolve issues on the ground and provide ongoing updates to guests
– Manage all online presence (airbnb, booking.com, lodgify, etc.) Includes managing rates and availability
– Manage weekly cleaning schedule
Ideal candidate will have:
Experience in the hospitality industry (hotel / reservations / property management / guest servicea)
Basic computer knowledge (including excel, word etc)
Knowledge of airbnb, smartbnb, asana, google drive and google calendar an asset
Great attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to maintain and organized system
Good time management skills
