We are a well established General Contractor working on commercial projects throughout Montreal. We would like to hear from you if you have some experience in an Office Administration position.
The day to day would look something like this;
– Answering phones
– Supporting Sales, partners and projects underway (meaning your colleagues, the sub-trades and customers)
– Filing and organizing
– Research (helping with quotes, suppliers, etc)
– Procuring permits
-Accounts payable and receivable
That is a sample of the types of work you would be doing.
We absolutely need some bilingual (Eng/French) and someone who is very organized.
Normal business hours and some work after hours as needed.
Proficiency on normal office software and an accounting software is required.
We have parking and we are walking distance from the metro.
