We are a well-established company in emergency medical supply field currently looking for a full-time customer service representative and administrative assistant.

Answer phones
Enter orders
Prepare quotes
Invoicing
Communicate with shipping/receiving

Requirements

Fully bilingual (French – English) Oral and Written
Spanish a plus
3-5 years experience in customer service
Capabilities to command phone lines in both languages simultaneously
Ability to multitask between phone queries, order entry, email and more.
Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
Ability to handle stress and work under pressure
Professional and courteous
