Hi,

I’m looking for the best growth hackers in Montreal to join my new alternative venture fund.

Briefly, I’m the founder of a tech company that was recently acquired and am setting up a new venture fund with several other ex-founders that focuses on helping companies scale, grow, and ultimately generate meaningful exits. We work with the biggest VC funds and investment bankers in Canada and the US and have mandates for several companies in enterprise SaaS, online e-commerce and retail, clothing, beverage distribution and bottling, and consumer subscription products.

As we take on these mandates, we operationally take over these businesses with the objective of turning them around, scaling them, and exiting them within 12-18 months.

I’m looking for the best growth hackers to join our team. You will be paid a competitive salary along with options in each of the mandates we take on. Our aim will be to have a meaningful exit every quarter once the initial pipeline is built in the first 12 months.

Experience you need to have / be:
– Deep intimate knowledge of digital marketing, offline marketing, influencer marketing, and non-traditional marketing
– Deep understanding of online marketing funnels, conversion metrics, and conversion tactics
– Deep understanding of CRMs, online shopping carts, and customer-journey optimizations
– Deep understanding of connecting digital marketing activities with active business operations
– Running adwords, facebook, instagram, snapchat, bing, (etc…) campaigns blindfolded
– Addicted to analytics, metrics, objectives, and goals
– Able to handle your own in a detailed conversation about SaaS metrics (cohorts, CAC, LTV, CAGR, etc…)
– Be able to write meaningful content (I don’t expect you to be a content writer, but I do expect you to be able to instruct content writes in very clear ways)
– Be a social media navigator and know how to leverage twitter, instagram, snapchat, and facebook for their given strengths
– Whip up the best and most creative SEO plans
– Able to negotiate with partners & suppliers
– Damn smart, nimble, and creative… don’t regurgitate to me the 50 tricks that have already been done

A plus if you have experience in UX/UI, Design, Coding, or any other technical skills.
