We are currently looking for an experienced individual for the role of ‘CRM Specialist’ to manage and enhance communications between the product and players. You must demonstrate a strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, data driven analytics and E-Mail marketing programs. You will report to the Product Director with a view towards growth and advancement in the company.
What you will do:
Create the product’s player segments from scratch by analyzing historical data and utilize it to optimize player buckets, maximize value and increase the product’s revenue via marketing campaigns.
Retain existing players and reactivate dormant players, through digital marketing campaigns.
Manage and optimize major product initiatives for the Loyalty program, Web push notifications, Referral program, Major website campaigns/promotions, etc.
Who you are:
You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the field of digital marketing, and can demonstrate proven results whilst working with segmentation and customer lifecycle management.
Undergraduate degree in Marketing, or a related field.
Experience with E-Mail and other digital marketing campaigns.
You are proficient in website analytics and can use a variety of ‘analytics tools’, especially Google Analytics.
You are a natural problem solver with strong writing skills for email marketing campaigns/marketing collateral.
Asset
SQL knowledge and experience pulling queries.
