We are looking for a resident janitor for our residential complex in Montréal (near downtown). 38 Studio Apartments plus one commercial.
Candidate Requirements: Bilingual – Responsible, kind, trustworthy. Excellent References – Drug and Alcohol free. Basic knowledge of building systems – Interact well with tenants and people in general – Experience with Showing and Leasing Apartments – Maintain cleanliness throughout – Available on-call for any and all emergencies – Enforce rules and regulations.
Min 2 years apartment building janitorial experience mandatory.
Apartment plus salary.
